A system of product updating and upgrading is managed by this team to ensure that once purchased your training resource may be kept up to date with current trends.

Resources available to all customers
Many of our products have additional resources available online. These can be easily accessed from our online shop and are available to registered and non registered customers. Click the "Online Shop" button above and once in the shop navigate to the category of resource you require and then to "Downloadable Resources". Add the resource to the shopping cart. (Free resources also have to be added to the cart but no charge will be raised).
Upgrades
Please see the separate category listed as "Product Updates" in the Product Categories Panel on the left of this screen.
Repairs
